FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

The short version of everything traders ask before their first deal.

When does a deal actually start?

When the seller confirms your request. Before that there is no deal and no deal ID — just a chat and a locked hold that refunds in full if the seller declines or you withdraw.

Who pays the escrow fee?

Whoever you both agree on: buyer, seller, or split 50/50. Both sides must choose the same option inside the deal room, and whoever owes a share must hold it in their wallet.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Either side can open a dispute. The deal freezes instantly — no releases, no cancels, no fee changes — while chat stays open for proof. An operator then refunds the buyer or releases to the seller after reading the whole thread.

Can I cancel a deal?

Yes, but only together. Either side requests a cancel; the deal closes when the other side confirms, and the full hold returns to the buyer. The listing goes back on the market automatically.

How do deposits and withdrawals work?

Deposits run through OxaPay and credit automatically when payment is detected. Withdrawals are USDT on BEP20, requested in your wallet and processed manually by an operator, with the status and transaction hash visible to you.

Can I talk to a seller before paying anything?

Yes. Every listing has a chat before any deal exists, and sellers can connect a verified Telegram through our bot for instant notifications with open-deal buttons.

What does the seller's record mean?

Every listing carries its seller's live history: total deals, successful releases, disputes, success rate, and cautions (new account, open disputes, low completion). It is computed from real deals, never self-reported.

Do I need an account to look around?

No. The market, countries, seller records and this FAQ are fully public. You only need an account to chat, send a request, or list something.
